Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences has articulation agreements with the following colleges:
- Blackhawk Community College
- Eastern Iowa Community College
- Augustana College
Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences has an agreement with Augustana College for a pre-nursing BA/BSN program.
