Transitions MHS is seeking an ARNP, psychiatry specialty, for a contracted position to provide psychiatric evaluations and med monitoring to mentally ill children, youth and adults. The position is two half days per month, 10 hours per month total (at this time). We have an MD available to provide the monitoring/supervision of the ARNP’s prescribing rights (per State of IL guidelines). ARNP must be willing/have current State of IL licensures: Controlled substance permit, DEA License, RN and ARNP licensure. Looking for an
IN HOME CARE PROVIDER for an elderly gentleman. He is self-sufficient. There wouldn’t need to be any bathing or changing. Person hired would need to be available for monitoring his medication, driving him to appointments, preparing meals and visiting with him. There may be some overnight visits needed when Jackie (his daughter) travels.
