Students enrolling in the Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care Program must meet the College admission criteria and the following:
- ACT composite score of 20 or higher
- 12 hours of completed college course work with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
- Cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Compass Test placement or above basic algebra level
Minimum High School Requirements
Three years mathematics, social studies, and science with one year each of biology and chemistry and one additional year of a lab science or its equivalent
Note: Accepted Respiratory Care students are encouraged to complete a four-hour observation in a Respiratory Care clinical setting prior to matriculation into the program. This should be arranged through College faculty prior to the Fall semester.
