Overview
The Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN-B) option is a basic or generic option that allows a student who has completed all general education courses required for the baccalaureate nursing program to complete the nursing courses over six semesters. The basic program combines both didactic and clinical nursing experiences.

Military Medic Advanced Standing
Advanced standing for Military Medics in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Basic (BSN-B) program option is a selective process based upon an evaluation of previous academic and work experience. Accepted applicants enter in the fall semester of their curriculum. Qualifying military service member applicants may be awarded a total of nine (9) credits for their military training.
LPN-BSN Advanced Standing
Advanced standing for LPNs in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Basic (BSN-B) program option is a selective process based upon an evaluation of previous academic and work experience, and results of a placement exam. Accepted applicants enter in the fall semester of their curriculum. Qualifying LPN applicants may be awarded a total of eight (8) credits based on the results of the placement exam.
