Student Complaint Process

If a student (or group of students) believes the treatment they have received is unfair, they should follow the Fair Treatment Policy and attempt to resolve the matter directly with the involved parties. If the student (or group of students) feels they are not receiving resolution they can proceed with a grievance, which is a student's claim of unfair and/or non-equitable treatment regarding established policies, procedures, rules and regulations of Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences. Please see Fair Treatment Policy for guidance.

If a student (or group of students) wish to express their concerns regarding existing policies, procedures, or practices they should follow the Complaint Procedures . A student (or group of students) can file an Academic, Student Services, or Business Services complaint. Please see the Complaint Procedures for guidance.

If you feel your issue is still unresolved after following the Fair Treatment Policy or Complaint procedures you can register an official complaint with the Illinois Board of Higher Education at http://complaints.ibhe.org/.
