Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences is committed to providing a learning and working environment that promotes personal integrity, civility and mutual respect in an environment free of discrimination on the basis of sex in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The College prohibits sex discrimination in all its forms, including sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, relationship violence and stalking. Such offenses constitute a violation of the Sexual Misconduct Policy, are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All violations of the Sexual Misconduct Policy should be promptly reported to the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
Individuals may also report violations of the policy by completing the Incident Report Form.
Trinity College partners with Family Resources to offer students access to Sexual Abuse Comprehensive Services and SafePath Survivor Resources.
A person may also file a complaint online with the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights regarding an alleged violation of Title IX or by calling 1-800-421-3481.
