Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences students may choose to pay for their education without the assistance of financial aid; or in specific cases, a student's financial aid award package may not cover full tuition and fees. In those instances, the Business Services Department has made available different options to assist students in meeting their financial obligations.
It is the goal of the Business Services Department to make every effort to work with students towards manageable payment options while adhering to the policies and procedures of Trinity College.
Financial Obligation Policy
Registration for classes creates a financial obligation by the student to pay tuition, fees, and other related charges. Students are expected to have made necessary financial arrangements for payment of tuition and fees prior to the attendance of classes. A full copy of the Financial Obligation Policy as it is stated in the college catalog is provided below in the resources section.
Deferred Payment Plan
To assist in making tuition and fees more manageable, Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences offers students the option of making tuition payments in installments due the 1st of each month within a semester. The Deferred Payment Plan application must be completed prior to the date tuition and fees are due for that semester and a minimum balance of $100 is required for participation.
For additional information or to request a Deferred Payment Plan, please contact the Business Services Specialist, (309) 779-7733.
Out of School Balances
A student who withdraws from the College and has a balance will be permitted to pay the balance in equal monthly installments of at least $50 per month. A written agreement must be signed and dated with the Business Services Specialist. Transcripts and other student services from Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences will be held until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

For students employed by UnityPoint Health, there is an option to have payment of tuition and fees covered through Payroll Deductions. If interested in participating in Payroll Deduction, please contact the Business Services Specialist, (309) 779-7733.
